| aforesaid to reserve and take the rents issues and profits thereof to and for her and their own use and benefit until she or they shall |
| be therewith and hereby paid and satisfied or until the person or persons who shall be then entitled to immediate possession of the |
| said premises shall pay satisfy and discharge unto the said Jane Elliott all the arrears of the said annuity and every part thereof |
| incurred before and that shall incur during such time as she shall receive the rents issues and profits thereof or be entitled to receive the |
| same by virtue of entry to be made as aforesaid together with her Costs Damages and Expenses whatsoever to be laid out and sustained |
| by reason of the nonpayment thereof and lastly as to all the rest residue and remainder of my monies and Securities for money book debts Estate |
| and Effects whatsoever and wheresoever that I shall sit possessed of and interested in or entitled to I give and bequeath the same unto the said |
| Stanhope Mandeville and William Jones and the survivor of them and the Exors or Admors of such Survivor upon trust to collect get in and |
| receive such part thereof as shall consist of money or securities for money and book debts and ? and dispose of the other parts of my |
| said Estate and Effects and turn the same into money and lay out and invest the same and every part thereof in or upon some of |
| the parliamentary stocks or funds or in real of Government Securities at interest in the names of them the said Stanhope Mandeville and |
| William Jones and the Survivor of them or the Exors or Admors of such Survivor and to pay and deliver the Interest Dividends proceeds and |
| profits thereof from time to time as the same shall become due and payable unto her the said Stanhope Mandeville or her assigns or |
| permit and suffer her to receive and take the same to and for her own use and benefit for and during the term of her natural life and from |
| and after the decease of the said Stanhope Mandeville upon trust to pay assign and transfer the said rest and residue of my Estate and |
| Effects and the Stocks Funds and Securities in or upon the same shall have been so laid out and invested unto my Son Robert Mandeville |
| his Exors Admors and Assigns to and for his and their own use and benefit and I so hereby nominate constitute and appoint the said Stanhope |
| Mandeville and William Jones Executrix and Exor of this my last will and testament provided always and my will is that the said Stanhope |
| Mandeville and William Jones and the Survivor of them and the Exors or Admors of such Survivor shall and may at all times in the first place |
